- Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delays: During peak times (such as holidays or sales), there may be delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.

- Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: Available for select locations. Orders must be placed by 12 PM to qualify.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, UK, CANADA.
- Delivery Time: International orders may take 7-21 business days depending on the destination.
- Customs and Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- Restrictions: Some products may not be available for international shipping due to local restrictions. We will notify you if a product cannot be shipped to your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier's website or the tracking link in the email.
Delivery Issues
- Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
